Private Tours Payment & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation 30 or more full days before tour departure: 100% refund.
- Cancellation within 30 to 8 full days before tour departure: I will retain the deposit as compensation.
- Cancellation 7 or fewer full days before tour departure: No refund.
All cancellations must be notified in writing.
No-shows: A no-show has occurred if you do not show up or contact me within 30 minutes of the tour’s booked start time. No refund.
Exceptions:
- Cancellations within the penalty period are refundable if due to the following unforeseeable events: Government-imposed travel restrictions, war, civil insurrection, strike, extreme weather, earthquake, or a natural disaster.
- If your last-minute cancellation is due to travel circumstances out of your control, please provide supporting documentation of your travel disruption to discuss a possible refund or re-booking.
- In the unlikely event I have to cancel your tour because of illness or exceptional circumstances, and we cannot reschedule, you will receive a full refund.
